Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice machine requires cleaning and sanitizing. Minor accumulation of biofilm present on condenser panel.
Corrective Action(s): Empty ice bin, then wash and sanitize all parts of the ice machine. Ensure to do so more frequently.

- Food storage practices satisfactory - all food stored covered and off the floor

- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
