Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Quats food contact surface sanitizer in spray bottle was <200ppm
Corrective Action(s): - Empty solution and refill with solution from dispenser. Completed at time of inspection and verified to be 200ppm.
- Ensure solution is replaced at frequency specified in sanitation procedures and use test strips to verify concentration is 200ppm.

Observation: - Thermometer is walk-in cooler is not working/not reading temperature accurately. Additionally, external temperature display is not working.
- 2 door undercounter cooler is lacking a thermometer
Note: temperature readings are taken using probe thermometer
Corrective Action(s): - Replace thermometer for walk-in cooler and supply thermometer to two door undercounter cooler. Email EHO to confirm once complete. To be corrected by: 16-Aug-2022

- General sanitation of premises satisfactory
- Sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water
- Handsink supplied liquid soap and paper towel

Temperature controls:
- Walk-in cooler 4C
- Walk-in freezer -15C
- 2 door undercounter cooler 3C
- Sandwich line cooler 3C (meat/cheese side), 4C (vegetable/sauce side)
- Reach in beverage cooler
- Hot holding temperatures of potentially hazardous foods was 60C or higher
- Soup 70C, 71C
- Meatballs 64C

- Quats sanitizer present from dispenser at 3 compartment sink for manual warewashing sanitizing step. Concentration measured 200ppm. Plugs present for sinks to be filled and dishes immersed. Staff on duty knowledgeable about manual warewashing procedures.

- Staff/public washroom supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. Ensure paper towel is loaded in dispenser so that it can be dispensed in a sanitary manner without handling the roll Completed at time of the inspection for men's washroom. Staff reported new paper towel dispenser has been ordered for women's washroom.

- No signs of pest infestation noted at time of the inspection. Pest control contract is in place with monthly service.

- 2 staff on duty present who have completed Foodsafe level 1 - Foodsafe requirement met at time of inspection.

To be addressed:
- Temperature records were reviewed and appear to not be completed consistently. No temperature reading were completed on day of inspection. Staff completed once advised. Ensure temperatures are being checked and reading recorded at the frequency specified in your food safety procedures. Additionally, ensure corrective action is recorded if temperature is not within required range.

Observations and required corrective actions reviewed with staff on duty and a copy of the report was provided.
