NOTE: business has been closed for a few weeks until the New Year -all perishables in your fridges should be discarded as recommended times are 1-7 days
NOTE: there was a noticeable bad food odour in the business -all perishables were either refrigerated or in the freezer -general sanitation was okay and no garbages/mop waters were left out.

**Operator will clean out grease trap and stove vents to assist with odour control within 2 weeks: send me a copy of the invoice to ensure it is done: eric.decastro@fraserhealth.ca
