Undercounter coolers @ 4oC or less Display cooler @ 4oC Standup cooler @ 4oC Standup freezer @ -18oC or less Dishwasher @ 74.1oC on plate level (high temp) Bleach water prepared in a container with wiping cloths in. @ 50ppm. Ensure to increase the bleach level upto 100ppm. Ice machine: wash and sanitize the interior surfaces of the ice machine at least once a month. Sandwiches: 4 kinds Beef, turkey, chicken and tuna. Do not add additional types of sandwiches due to the limited food prep space. Note: Food permit fee was paid already on June 13, 2016.
