Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The tuna panini sandwich spread (chopped onion and dill pickle) was made from home.
Corrective Action(s): Do not prepare any food at home or any unapproved kitchen facility. 4 tuna panini sandwiches were discared during the inspection.

Ice machine: wash and sanitize the interior surfaces of the ice machine at least once a month.

Sandwiches: 4 kinds
Beef, turkey, chicken and tuna. Do not add additional types of sandwiches due to the limited food prep space.
