Follow up inspection:
-Dishwasher was repaired and a part was replaced according to staff.
-Dishwasher final rinse temperature was 71 degrees C or hotter at the plate (72 degrees C and 74 degrees C during two separate cycles).
-It was discussed that the Operator should obtain a waterproof probe thermometer with a cover and min/max or mode button to check the maximum water temperature. This will allow you to monitor the final rinse temperature is at least 71 degrees C at the plate (sanitizing standard to destroy harmful bacteria/viruses).
-A probe thermometer with a mode button was present on-site however could not be turned on. Person in charge will check with the supplier.
