ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Dishwasher has been REPLACED - dishwasher temperatures of 72.5 degrees Celsius obtained
- Facility has been cleaned and sanitized throughout - EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN! GREAT WORK!!
- All dishes have been run through dishwasher and properly rewashed and sanitized
- All food in cooler units have been covered
- Garbage bag from freezer unit has been removed.
