A follow up inspection was performed for the routine inspection MKIM-CBFVKE and the following observations were made: - Sanitizer spray bottled stocked with 200 ppm chlorine - Operator was able to communicate proper manual dishware washing techniques (Copy of the 3 compartment sink dish washing guide dropped off) - No food debris or kitchen utensils observed in the hand washing station basin - Food stored at least 6 in from floor level - Kitchen found to be maintained in a clean and sanitized manner - Third sink compartment drain now fixed. - All cooling units were observed to be equipped with working thermometers - General sanitation Satisfactory
