Comments

A follow-up inspection was completed:
- The high temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 73.7C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer.
- The dishwasher is fixed and can be used to wash and sanitize dishes. Good job.
- The paper towel dispenser, at the front 2-comp sink, is missing a piece and it is on order. A roll of paper towel has been placed on the counter top adjacent to the 2-comp sink, until the dispenser is fixed. This is acceptable.
- The faucet, at the front 2-comp sink, has NOT been secured or sealed. Water is still leaking to the cupboard below.

ACTION
Immediately secure the faucet by tightening the large nut under the counter so the faucet is secured to the sink/counter. Seal around the top of the faucet with clear, kitchen silicone to prevent water from leaking beneath the counter.
