- Freezer was - 15 C
- Hot holding was 60 C or hotter
- Hand sinks had liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- Sanitizer buckets had 200 ppm quats, chlorine bleach is on site if needed ( 1tsp per 1 L water)
- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 73 C at the plate and 86 C at the gauge
NOTE: chlorine sanitizer hooked up to dishwasher, no need to attached sanitizer to dishwasher as it is a high temperature.
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
