Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Handsink in the kitchen was not supplied with cold running water. Operator's husband mentioned that he was repairing the faucet last night. Operator tried to repair the sink during the inspection however said they would contact a technician to repair it today.

Note: This handsink was however supplied with hot running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. )

Follow up inspection:
-Faucet at the handsink in the kitchen was repaired so that it was supplied with cold running water as well in addition to hot running water.
-Ice machine was completely empty and in a clean condition at the time of the follow up inspection. It had been drained, cleaned and sanitized according to a staff member.
-Make sure that the ice machine is completely drained, cleaned, and sanitized on a regular basis (e.g. every 2 weeks to monthly basis) to prevent build-up of debris or mould.
