Clean the walk in cooler ceiling. - Freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius. - Food stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Food organized on shelves. - Slushi machine clean. - No indication of any pest activity at the time of inspection. - ice machine sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection.
