**Lack of approved sanitizer for food contact surfaces still a concern at this facility. See previous inspection report for details. Quats at 200 ppm, chlorine bleach (non-scented) at 100 to 200 ppm or hydrogen peroxide (following manufacturers instructions) are the three food industry standards used for sanitizing purposes and would provide a reliable wide spectrum disinfectant against most bacteria and viruses left around on general surfaces.
Discussed with operator. All contracts coming in to use facility must bring own sanitizers and use them during clean up. OK.

Overall, the facility is clean, organized and remains very well maintained.

Cooling units less than 4 C.
Freezer below -18 C.
