Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket in back area measured at 10ppm chlorine. Sanitizer solution appeared cloudy. Per staff, sanitizer buckets are changed daily, every morning.
-Staff remade bleach solution at time of inspection. Measured at 200ppm chlorine.
-Frequently refresh sanitizer solutions to ensure it maintains 100-200ppm chlorine concentration for food contact surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several food items (bags of peanuts, boxes of canola oil) stored directly on the ground in the off-site dry storage area.
-Staff moved food items off the ground and onto nearby shelving units at time of inspection.
-Ensure foods are stored off the ground to protect from potential contamination.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several single-use take-away containers with dried food debris were found on wired shelving in back area. Containers appeared to have been previously used. Containers were stacked on top of each other and stored alongside dishware.
-Staff discarded single-use containers at time of inspection.
-Single-use containers are intended to be used once. Do not re-use containers.

-Hot-holding units (2x) are maintaining foods at or above 60C. Container of meats probed at 67C and 65C.

Front Area:
-Chest freezer: -20C
-Small beverage cooler: 2C

-Handsinks have hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Sanitizer solutions available in front and back areas. Sanitizer bucket in front area measured at 200ppm chlorine.
-2-compartment sink is used for manual dishwashing. Sink plugs available. Staff demonstrated knowledge in manual dishwashing.
-Vent hood has some grease build-up. Next service date is Sept 2022.
-No signs of pest activity at time of inspection. Per staff, pest control company visits 2x per month.
-Off-site storage area inspected. Only dry storage noted here.
-FoodSafe certified staff on duty. Verified at time of inspection.

-No signature obtained due to COVID protocols. Report printed and reviewed with staff on-site.
