- Handsinks are accessible and supplied with liquid soap, papertowels, hot and cold water.
- Proper handwashing practices observed by foodhandlers at time of inspection.
- Foodhandlers wear hairnets and aprons.
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (≤4 deg C):
- Walk-In Cooler: 1 deg C
- Prep Cooler (beside handsink): 1 deg C
- Hot Dogs: 4 deg C
- Hot Holding Units operating at acceptable temperatures (≥60 deg C) - Pizza, Chicken Strips, Chicken Wings, Gravy, Hot Dogs. Hourly temperature monitoring logs maintained.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory - storage is organized, food is protected from contamination.
- Proper manual dishwashing procedures observed. 200 ppm Quats sanitizer used to sanitize food equipment.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm Quats sanitizer.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted. Regular pest control services provided by Orkin. Follow all recommendations provided by your pest control company.

Note: Premises has submitted floorplans to change oven ventilation exhaust hood. Changes cannot be made until written Health Approval has been provided and must be made as per approved floorplans. Food Court cannot operate during changes - absolutely no food handling may occur during changes. All food equipment and food contact surfaces must be properly cleaned and sanitized before re-opening. *Please contact Fraser Health for an inspection once changes has been made.* Operator advised that changes are not scheduled to take place until the new year.
