Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection reports# KLAI-CCQU9S and KLAI-CE2QEK
Sandwich prep cooler has now been fixed. Doors do not seem to dislodge as easily to allow hot air to enter. Ambient air temperature was noted at 0.7C during the inspection. Cold potentially hazardous food held in this unit were at or below 4C during the inspection.
Fruit flies still noted on the premises. Continue to work with the pest control company and keep the premises in a sanitary condition to minimize and deter fly issue.
Cleanliness in the cabinet and below the bread holding rack in the baking area has improved. Remember to clean these areas often if they tend to get soiled easily.
Food still noted on the floor of the walk-in freezer. As per Assistant Manager, they do clean the floor of the walk-in freezer daily. This is a busy restaurant so food falls below the shelving on a daily basis. Remind staff responsible for cleaning the floor of the walk-in freezer to not forget to sweep under the shelves.
Hot and cold running water was available in the handwash station in the patron's women washroom at the time of inspection.
Both men and women's patrons washrooms were noted in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection. Please ensure to keep cleaning the washrooms and dinning area as per the scheduled frequency. Have a Manager/ Supervisor spot check every now and then to ensure cleaning is done as required.
