Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towel in dispensers. Coolers - line coolers top and bottom and walk in coolers <4C. All items in coolers are covered in lidded containers and protected from contamination, great job, thank you. Coolers are organized, meat is separated from veggies, Indian foods are separated from pizza items, great job. Hot holding unit for pizza and samosas 60C surface temperature. Hot holding unit for butter chicken, 60C surface temperature. Freezers <-18C. All prep surfaces appear clean and in good repair, stainless steel. 3 compartment sink dishwashing. No sanitizer was made at the time of inspection, just recently drained, operator is aware of how to make. Bleach water bucket sanitizer with cloth inside 100ppm chlorine. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Operator was observed to wash hands at the time of inspection, thank you.
