Referencing NCR inspection report #232013 Ensure that sprouts are stored cold (40F/4C) or below. If stored at room temperature, discard after two hours. More thorough cleaning is required. Water on the floor of both washrooms. Monitor for leaks and repair as necessary. Temperature of refrigeration units and dishwasher are satisfactory.
