Observation: 1. scoops with handles observed to be in powdered ingredient (e.g. sugar, flour) containers. Scoops should be stored outside as food handlers can potentially contaminate food when reaching for the scoop. In addition, scoops should be regularly cleaned and sanitized.
**Corrected during inspection** Chef removed scoops from ingredient container.

2. ice build up observed in walk-in cooler. Sanitation of ice formed is unknown and may contaminate food. Ice formation also suggests there may be some malfunctioning of the walk-in freezer

Observation: Door seal of back entrance damaged; exterior light is visible from the inside indicating a gap in the door seal. Pests can potentially enter the facility through this gap.

Observation: 1. slight build up of food debris under dry storage shelving; potential attractant to pests
2. slight build up observed in ice machine; staff indicated unit is cleaned monthly
