Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink by the drive through window had an empty used cup and one cup of soda inside the basin.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any items inside your handsink, it is for handwashing only. Staff removed cups.

Observation: The entire lid had been taken off ice box in the front cashier area (coffee station). Ice box open to contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Keep the ice box covered so that the ice is protected from contamination. Obtain lid and put it back on immediately.

Observation: 1) Pooled liquid (water/milk) outside walk in cooler on the floor
2) Grease/black debris/grime observed on floors underneath deep fryers
3) Clutter observed throughout kitchen. Staff personal drinks stored on counters near food prep areas (observed by the tray of eggs at the burger station). .
Corrective Action(s): Clean all above mentioned areas thoroughly. Keep your kitchen organized and do not store any personal items at your food prep areas.
