Met with owner's and discussed the following:
- pest control outside is provided by the landlord ( rodents bait set up by Green Valley ).
- inside the facility is owner's responsibility ( as per section 24 it is required to have certified pest control company to evaluate and apply necessary measures and preventions ).
Ensure to have a copy of the invoice provided by the integrative pest control with all recommendations ( if applicable ) by our next inspection ( February, 2019 ).

Daily temperature logs are available and up to date
No expired food safe certification
Bleach used as approved sanitizer
High temperature dishwasher reached 185F at the final rinse.
