Comments

- Premises and equipment maintained in sanitary condition. Dry storage room and store/retail area organized with all food items stored on shelving.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of the inspection. Floor is kept clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest activity.
- Handsink supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder) with the exception of one prep cooler (cooler #5) which is currently not plugged in/not in use.

- Temperatures of coolers checked once daily. Records present and appear complete/up to date.
- Quats sanitizer present for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Concentration of solution in spray bottles measured 200ppm.
- Meat/cheese slicer appears clean and free from food debris.
- Warewashing is completed in processing portion of the facility which is inspected by CFIA.
- Staff/public washroom maintained with liquid soap and paper towel for handwashing.
- Manager and has completed Foodsafe level 1. Certificate valid until January 2024.
