Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Milk/cream found to be in creamer unit at temperatures exceeding 4 degrees Celsius. 16 degrees Celsius was observed.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - milk relocated to back creamer unit.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure this unit is not used until such time as temperatures of 4 degrees Celsius can be maintained.

Observation: Milk/creamer unit appears to be malfunctioning. Unit is at an internal ambient temperature exceeding 4 degrees. Both Thermometers inside unit measured 20 degrees Celsius. Unit appeared warm to the touch and condensation was inside the unit.

Have unit repaired if unit does not maintain temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius.
Do not use unit until such time as temperatures are maintained at or less than 4 degrees Celsius.
