- sprouts found at much higher temperature than cooler

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front tables getting wiped down with a rag - no cleaner/ chemical
Corrective Action(s): A sanitizer solution was made at time of inspection, and a spray bottle was washed out for use.

2) Always use a sanitizer to kill bacteria and viruses on surfaces
