Recommendations - Have staff fill sanitizer spray bottles from clean and filled dish sink (sanitizer sink at two full pumps) instead of filling directly from bottle and pump concentrate dispenser unless each bottle is tested with strips. Ideal range around 200 ppm. **Several of the bottles contained solution in excess of 500 ppm quats. Cooling units ok Handwash stations all stocked.
