-Coolers are below 4 degC -Freezers are below -18 degC -Soup temperature is 74 degC -Dishwasher rinse temperature is 76 degC at plate level -200ppm chlorine available for sanitizing -Talked to operator about the returned NSF cheque that was issued for permit fees. Operator is aware of it and will be sending in payment within the month. She has already received the new decal for this fiscal year.
