Comments

- All handwashing stations were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm from main dispenser and in several spray bottles and sanitizer buckets.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle
- Both bar glasswashers dispensed between 50-100 ppm chlorine to glasses
- All coolers were measured to be at 4C or colder
- All freezers were measured to be at -18C or colder
- Hot held food items were measured to be above 60C
- General sanitation satisfactory. Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition, scoop properly stored.
- Utensils were stored in ice water in between uses - good.
- All food items were stored off the floor and properly covered
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date. Ensure temperatures of all coolers and freezers are recorded daily.
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site

- Scoops must not be stored directly in dry ingredients, as handles can contaminate ingredients. Wash and sanitize scoops after each use or store in designated scoop holders.
