Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hard Surface Sanitizer in labelled spray bottles mixed with Mr. Clean. Unlabelled spray bottles with Hard surface sanitizer used for kitchen purposes. This is confusing and can potentially lead to Mr. Clean (not food safe sanitizer) coming in direct contact with food contact surfaces and onto food.
Corrective Action(s): Use only properly labelled and functioning spray bottles in kitchen - Signet Hard Surface Sanitizer. Label all other spray bottles as "dining room only" and these bottles may contain Mr. Clean.
**Note: Mr. Clean is not food safe product and should not be used on any food contact surfaces in Kitchen.
