Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel is available - Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface - 200ppm Quats sanitizer available - Walk-in, preparation, and dough cooler were 4C or lower - Upright freezer was -18C or lower - Food storage practices were good; all food items were stored off of the ground.
