*Main walk in cooler at 43F (<40 F required) no food in cooler at time of inspection. All in secondary walk in cooler near storage area. Sufficient space to operate with enough product for drive through only as is current stage of construction. This will be required to be operational before restaurant opens dining area - Peroxide disinfectant in use, test strips on site though older bottle not able to show result properly (colour did not match bottle colour chart). New bottle on site and was able to show test results consistent with colour chart. Discard old bottle of test strips. - Required cleaning done - Weather stripping installed under door separating construction area from food production area - Premise constructed as per approved plans - Soap dispenser mounted at new hand wash station Ok to open with drive thru only
