Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Designated hand washing station in back area not supplied with hot water during time of inspection. Hot water nozzle is observed broken.
Correction: Repair hand washing station immediately to ensure it is able to dispense both hot and cold running water and to ensure staff are washing their hands properly and at adequate frequency. Use the hand washing stations at the front service area and the 2-compartment sink with liquid soap and paper towel for hand washing while the hand washing station at the back is in repair.

Observations:
- Hand washing station in back has been repaired to dispense hot and cold running water
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- No signs of pests during inspection
