Observation: Dishwasher final rinse measured at 64c and 65c after several runs. Must be a minimum of 71c (At plate level)
Corrective Action(s): DIshwasher may be used to wash. Sanitizing sink to be used to sanitize utensils using 100ppm bleach. Soak for a 2 minutes then air dry.
Sink set up with approx 150ppm bleach at time of inspection.
