All coolers measured 4C or colder Freezer measured less than -18C Handsinks are supplied with soap and paper towels Sanitizer buckets concentrations measured a little low, but sanitizer concentration at dispenser measured 200ppm. Please instruct staff to run sanitizer dispenser for 5 seconds prior to filling buckets and containers. Dishwasher final rinse cycle measured more than 71C at dish surface.
