Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize cleaver and store at the magnetic strip. The space between the chopping block and wall cannot be cleaned and sanitized properly.

- General sanitation has improved. Ensure cleaning is done regularly throughout kitchen.
- Mice droppings have been cleaned up. Continue to monitor pest activity (ie. new droppings).
- Door sweep installed at door leading into kitchen.
