They were closed yesterday and today is first day back.

Owner's wife has a FS training. It will be beneficial that person/ food handler also have a FS training/ on line information provided

Require correction:
306- walk in cooler / shelving/ walls/ floor need to be cleaned and sanitized
307- replaced wooden cutting boards
pest control company that will provide you with proper recommendation and prevention for your business is required

Low temperature dishwasher - supplied with bleach at the final rinse at 100ppm
Ensure that all wiping clothes are stored in the bleach solution ( not only at the front/ in the back/ at the food prep area too.
