Walk-in cooler registered at 1-3 deg C.
Walk-in freezer registered colder than -18 deg C.
Other coolers were at 1-3 deg C.
Hot-holding for rice was above 60 deg C.
Hot holding for noodles, sauce was at 65 - 74 deg C.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reached >74 deg C.
Bar glass ware washer had chlorine residual of >50 ppm.
Dry storage area was organized. Food and food-related items were stored off the floor.
Staff washrooms were supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
