Corrective Action(s): All surfaces, especially food prep surfaces need to be cleaned and sanitized and maintained at least visibly clean.
Clean spills up immediately when they happen and at end of night.

Operator put snap traps in restaurant with peanut butter or other food as bait.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all equipment not for food service.
Remove bait.
Invest in appropriate traps inside and outside facility.
Consult with pest control for pest management plan.
