Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food in glass sliding door cooler noted 13 C with probe.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all potentially hazardous food noted above 4 C over 2 hours are discarded. Until cooler is capable of maintaining an ambient temperature of less than or equal to 4 C, all PHF must be stored in one of the other fully functioning coolers.

Observation: 1.Mouse droppings noted on the floor in the corner next to walk in cooler and across from dishwasher on floor under cooking equipment.

Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure all mouse droppings are cleaned up and areas sanitized. Additional pest control devices noted through out back kitchen. Keep all food covered and off the floor and continue to monitor for pest activity.
