Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
NOTE: Ensure to have the front handsink unclogged.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezer operating below -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- Timer available for the front pizza station- set to 45min.
- 200ppm Quats available in a labelled spray bottle and at automated dispenser.
- 3 compartment sink equipped for manual dishwashing.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Washroom handsink satisfactory.

General sanitation level of the facility satisfactory, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas, especially around the dough mixer on a more regular basis as discussed at this time.
