-Follow-up inspection to August 01, 2018. -Did not observe fruit flies in the dining area at the time of inspection. -Facility is currently emptying garbage 2 to 3 times a day. -Each time trays are removed from the dining area, walls are sanitized with Quats disinfectant. -At the end of the night, thorough cleaning of garbage area is carried out. -Continue increased sanitation to prevent future issues regarding fruit flies. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
