Corrective Action(s): 1.Ensure all raw bloody meats are stored under or separate from ready to eat foods. Re-arrange foods in cold storage.

Observation: Removable ventilation panels have heavy grease accumulation.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all removable panels are cleaned regularly and above ventilation hood is maintained in sanitary condition. Whole commercial ventilation hood serviced every 6 months by professional cleaners.

Observation: Noodle making machine located downstairs beside walk in cooler and dry storage room. Operator indicates this unit is currently not in use to serve the public and will be moved upstairs after testing is complete.
Corrective Action(s): No approval granted for noodle making in current location. Any food processing must be done in main kitchen where proper hand washing facilities can be accessed.
For approval by FHA - relocate unit upstairs and provide a food safety plan for the proposed noodles to be made.
