The person in charge mentioned that the owner is aware of this and will have his brother (a plumber) repair the handsink. Note: Hot running water, liquid soap, and paper towels are available at the handsink. )

Follow-up Inspection: -The handsink was adequately supplied with both hot and cold running water, liquid soap, hot and paper towels. -The dry storage containers, the fan covers and ceiling of the walk-in-cooler, and the floor in the frying area was cleaned and sanitized. -Food was covered and stored off the floor.
