Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted: All cooler units less than or equal to 4C. Walk-in freezer at -18C. Time tracking system in place and was being adhered to. 3 compartment sink satisfactory and was setup. Quats compartment was at 200ppm. General sanitation satisfactory. No pest activity noted. All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered. Hand washing station satisfactory.
