Observation: 2 rodent droppings noted on the shelving units under the front cash register. No other rodent droppings were noted within the premises.
Corrective Action(s): Area was cleaned and disinfected at the time of inspection. Facility has an on-going contract with pest control company. Continue to monitor for potential pest problem and taken the necessary remediation if required,

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
All cooler units less than or equal to 4C and equipped with thermometers
Walk-in freezer at -17C.
Cooked food products stored in warmers were at least 60C or higher.
All food stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered.
General sanitation satisfactory
Hand washing stations satisfactory
3 -compartment sink setup for wash, rinse, and sanitize procedures. Quats was at 200ppm.
