Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # BWOI-CAMQ37 of Jan-13-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Knives and tray inserts in the "Clean storage area" observed with food debris affixed.This is a repeat violation Correction: Rewash all soiled tray inserts and knives. Ensure staff are properly trained on how to pre soak and pre scape untensils before they go through the dishwasher. After exiting the dishwasher ensure staff are rechecking the untensils to ensure none has food debris affixed before placing them on the "clean" storage shelving.
