Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fresh garlic/butter mixture found stored at room temperature. It was prepared about an hour ago

Observation: A few rodent droppings noticed behind the deep freezer and underneath wooden stairs in dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings and increase frequency of pest monitoring. Place new rodent traps in the dry storage room (By July 21, 2017)

Observation: Debris build up noticed underneath the dish pit and dishwasher. Food spills also noticed underneath the cook line and inside
line coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Through cleaning required of the followng areas/equipment- Floor in dishwashing area, undernealth the cookline, underneath and behind equipment in dry storage room, food storage shelves in the walk-in cooler and in prep coolers, floor in wine storage room and staff washroom (By July 23, 2017)

Observation: Sliding door cooler registerd 7 degrees C at the time of inspection. Gaps noticed between two sliding doors due to missing gasket.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust the cooler immediately so that it maintains 4 C or below. Transfer all raw meats and calamari to an alternate cooler at 4 C or below (immediately).
