Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single use plastic container stored in the rice hot holding unit with freshly cooked rice.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Remove the single use container. Use appropriate utensils for rice and store it in a sanitary manner.

Observation: Rat droppings observed in the floor-base mop sink/near the dishwasher (the kitchen);back/storage/prep. room - under a dry storage shelf (corner), and behind chest freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Today. Contact a professional pest service company for treatment/present to the area inspector report/invoice for service(s) at the time of a follow up inspection. Clean and sanitize affected areas.
Smashed traps for rats are not set up. No damaged food in the premise.
Keep all food in pests proof containers.
