Observation: Mice droppings observed in facility - in front storage room; in back storage shelves and floor (where food buckets are stored); on clean linen cloths; and floor towards back loading bay. Pest control company comes once a month. Building also has another pest control company for visit.
Corrective Action(s): While amount of droppings appear less than last routine inspection, active cleaning and monitoring are key. Remove droppings, sanitize areas, and monitor.

Observation: A hole is observed behind 2-door sliding cooler in kitchen. Pest control technician was supposed to come last Thursday to seal all entry points but did not show up.

Observation: Grease observed under deep fryer and debris under oven in main cooking line. Also dust observed in fan covers in small walk-in cooler.
