1) Debris build up behind cooking stove in kitchen
2) Mould build up on the shelves of the under-the-counter cooler in front area

Comments

- Coolers measured 4C or colder
- Replace all broken thermometers
- Freezers measured -18C or colder
- Recommend de-frosting the freezer in near future
- No hot held foods at the time of inspection
- Sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine (bucket in back kitchen)
- Have another container or spray bottle of this sanitizing solution in the front area as well; store any sanitizing cloths in it
- Handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- Employee stated that FOODSAFE Level 1 has been completed; did not have certificate on-site; keep photocopies of the certificates on-site

* Tube lights are not covered in the back. Staff unsure if these are the tubes with protective sleeves. Check with owner/operator and replace as necessary OR purchase replacement plastic panel. This will prevent any broken glass from contaminating food
