Observation: Kitchen Aid food processor (Domestic) noted with tape around body of unit - tape has trapped moisture/white material in gaps under tape.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment used in commercial kitchen has commercial grade equipment. Tape also is not a suitable repair material as it traps food and moisture. Replace domestic food processor with commercial grade processor.
