Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The display cooler was used to cool a pot of soup last night. The temperature of the soup was 14 degC during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Soup was discarded. Do not store potentially hazardous foods in this cooler until it's fixed.

Observation: Glass display cooler temperature is 12 degC. This fridge is used for storing prepackaged drinks. Thermostat adjusted during the inspection. This didn't seem to help.
Corrective Action(s): Don't store PHF's in this cooler. Move them into a different cooler. Get the cooler fixed. It must be able to maintain 4 degC or below.

-Discussed FoodSafe expiry dates. Operator will have to get recertified before July 29, 2018. Operator has mentioned that she is planning on retiring before then. Contact me once you've decided to close.
